P8,160 in meth seized, 4 suspects arrested in Vizcaya drug busts
BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya—Police arrested four drug suspects, including one tagged as high-value target, in two buy-bust operations here and in Aritao town, according to the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) on Monday (Aug. 17).
Police identified those arrested as Mark Lester Asuncion alias “Babu,” 29; Jaldrin Dela Rosa, 33; Daryl Catabona, 29, all of Bayombong town, and Markson Abubo alias “Intsik/Mac-mac,” 34, of Aritao town.
Asuncion, Dela Rosa and Catabong were arrested when they allegedly sold shabu, or crystal meth, to an undercover agent at the village of District IV in Bayombong on Saturday.
The three suspects yielded six sachets of shabu worth P6,800.
Abubo was earlier arrested at the village of Bone South, Aritao town. He also yielded six sachets of suspected shabu worth P1,360 during the buy-bust operation.
