Vehicular mishap in Tuburan hurts 4

At least four persons were injured in a  road mishap in barangay Cogon, Tuburan town, northwest Cebu,  last Friday evening.

Motorcycle-for-hire (habal-habal) driver Raul Domicillo, married, and his passengers Marily Durano, 28, and her daughter Jamaica, 9, were brought to the Tuburan District Hospital after the motorcycle that he drive collided with another motorcycle.

Police investigation revealed that another motorcycle driven by Candy Abella Brigolo, a resident of the town,  was plying the opposite lane when it hit Domicillo’s motorcycle head-on.

They were all thrown to the ground.

PO2 Ariel Marivillas of Tuburan police precinct said that while Domicillo and Briglo failed to present registration papers for their motorcycles,  all were in safe conditions.

The motorcycles, however, are still under police custody./correspondent gabriel c. bonjoc
