CamSur cops show act of kindness; buy all vegetables from little girl

MANILA, Philippines — Members of the Pili Municipal Police Station in Camarines Sur showed an act of kindness to a little girl, who they spotted on the road selling vegetables all by herself.

In a Facebook post by Rolyn Garbo, she said she chanced upon the girl last Aug. 4, where the latter was selling string beans on the side of the road in Barangay Binanuaanan.

Garbo added that when she returned, she saw the police officers buying all of the little girl’s vegetables.

As they looked out for the girl’s safety, the police even drove the girl back to her home, Garbo said.

And it appears that the actions of the police received praise from netizens, as Garbo’s post earned 1,100 likes and reactions, as well as 1,100 shares as of this writing.
