3 gunmen in military outfits shoots dead farmer in Leyte town

ORMOC CITY — Three unidentified gunmen clad in military uniform shot dead a farmer in Barangay Enage, Calubian town, Leyte around 5 a.m. on Saturday, August 8.

Natanael Toloreso, 34, was on his way home with his wife when the perpetrator shot him on the legs, said Police Capt. Ruben Recilla, chief of the Calubian Police Station.

The victim’s wife Vilmary brought him to the North Western Leyte Hospital but the attending physician declared him dead on arrival.
