Ex-Manila mayor, senator Alfredo Lim hospitalized
Former Manila mayor and senator Alfredo Lim has been confined in a hospital, his aide confirmed on Friday.
Ric de Guzman, Lim’s chief of staff, said the former politician is making “good progress,” adding that Lim’s family had asked for prayers for the former mayor. They also asked for privacy at this time.
De Guzman did not say why Lim was hospitalized. But in a now-deleted post, former Manila Councilor Niño dela Cruz said his grandfather was confined due to the new coronavirus disease.
