Smart Enterprise subscribers to experience interruption Monday morning
MANILA, Philippines — Subscribers to Smart’s Enterprise plan would be experiencing mobile data interruption due to a network routing enhancement scheduled in the early morning of Monday, August 10.
According to Smart’s advisory on Friday, the service interruptions may occur from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m. of Monday. However, the telecoms giant clarified that only mobile data would be affected while phone calls and text messaging services would still operate normally.
Subscribers who may need further assistance can contact Smart through #888.
“There will be a network routing enhancement on August 10 (Monday) from 2AM-4AM. Intermittent mobile internet services may be experienced at this time. Voice and SMS will not be affected,” Smart said.
“Should you need assistance on SMART Enterprise Services, please contact #888 (MECQ Hours: 7AM to 6PM),” it added. “Thank you for your patience and stay safe always.”
