Bodies of 2 men found in Cagayan town

TUGUEGARAO CITY –– The decomposing bodies of two men were recovered this week in the Cagayan towns of Enrile and Ballesteros, according to belated police reports on Friday, July 31.

Police found the remains of Mico Duarte, 44, at his home in Rio Del Grande Subdivision in Enrile on Wednesday, July 29, after a neighbor called them about the reeking odor emanating from his door, said Colonel Ariel Quilang, Cagayan police director.

Police and health workers ruled out foul play. Duarte had been treated for liver cirrhosis at the St. Paul Hospital.
