CITY OF SAN FERNANDO –– At least 19 international flights are scheduled to fly in and out of the Clark International Airport (CRK) starting on August 1 for Filipinos in the country and abroad, the Luzon International Premiere Airport Development Corp. (Lipad) announced on Wednesday.

The resumption of overseas flights at CRK was allowed by the Department of Transportation and Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines, Lipad said in a statement.

It advised arriving passengers to take a swab test at the airport and stay in a government-accredited hotel for quarantine while waiting for the lab result.
