ERC closed until July 31 for disinfection
MANILA, Philippines — The Energy Regulatory Commission will be closed for four days to make way for disinfection and preventive quarantine against COVID-19.
In the meantime, the ERC said it will only accept transactions through e-services.
“Kindly course all your inquiries online and visit us at www.erc.gov.ph,” it said.
In a photo posted on Facebook, it enumerated email addresses where consumers can send their complaints while the agency is closed until July 31.
The Philippines has 82,040 confirmed COVID-19 cases, with 1,945 deaths and 26,446 recoveries.
