P2.6M worth of fake cigarettes seized in Isabela

MANILA, Philippines — The Bureau of Customs (BOC) has confiscated P2.6 million worth of fake cigarettes in Santiago, Isabela.

The BOC said agents belonging to its Enforcement and Security Service and Customs Intelligence and Investigation Service raided last Friday a warehouse in Santiago where 86 master cases of fake Marvel and Mighty cigarettes were found inside an abandoned truck.
