BI deports American pedophile

/ 04:31 AM July 15, 2020

The Bureau of Immigration (BI) has deported and placed on its blacklist a suspected American pedophile accused of sexually exploiting young girls in Cebu City during his frequent travels to the country. BI Commissioner Jaime Morente said that Craig Alex Levin, 64, was ordered expelled for being an undocumented and undesirable alien. Levin was also banned from re-entering the Philippines. Levin is wanted by the United States district court in Philadelphia on charges of sexually exploiting minors in the Philippines and for engaging in child sex trafficking. Levin was arrested by operatives in Region 7 last May 24 after he was seen with a 15-year-old girl inside his condominium unit in Barangay Cogon Ramos, Cebu City.—Tina G. Santos
