CABANATUAN CITY–A 43-year-old soldier in Nueva Ecija province has tested positive for coronavirus, authorities here said.

The soldier, a resident of the village of Paladinan in Cabiao town, could have been exposed to an infected companion.

His was the only COVID-19 case recorded on Monday (July 13), which raised to 105 the province’s tally.

In Palayan City, local health officials said they have maintained a zero COVID-19 status.
