PANDI, Bulacan –– The national government on Monday started distributing the P334-million cash aid to 25,750 additional beneficiaries of the Special Amelioration Program (SAP) in this town.

The first batch of 762 residents from the villages of Malibong Bata and Real de Cacarong each received P6,500 or half of the P13,000 cash aid from the Department of Social Welfare and Development.

Mayor Enrico Roque said the SAP beneficiaries already included members of the Kalipunan ng Damayang Mahihirap or Kadamay.
