Taguig residents urged to undergo testing

Taguig residents are urged to take the city’s COVID-19 self assessment tool in response to the rising cases of the new coronavirus disease in the city.

Barangay Fort Bonifacio has the highest number of confirmed cases after more than 327 workers in an undisclosed construction site tested positive for the disease.

As of Wednesday evening, the city’s epidemiology and surveillance unit recorded over 378 cases in Barangay Fort Bonifacio and 168 in Lower Bicutan.

There are a total of 1,420 cases in Taguig City, with 186 recoveries and 23 deaths. Taguig’s COVID-19 hotlines are 8789-3299 and 0966-4194510. —JODEE A. AGONCILLO
