DFA closes Aseana, Alabang consular offices ‘until further notice’ for disinfection
MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Foreign Affairs’ Office of Consular Affairs at Aseana City in Parañaque City and its consular office at the Alabang Town Center in Muntinlupa City will be closed starting Monday, July 6, “until further notice” to give way for disinfection.
The DFA on Sunday said those who have prior appointments and schedules will be accommodated as soon as operations in the two offices resume.
“Those planning to collect their passports from 06 July onwards are requested to wait for the announcement on the reopening of DFA ASEANA and the Consular Office in Alabang,” it said in an advisory.
The DFA advised the public to wait for announcements on the reopening of the two offices.
