W. Visayas COVID-19 update: 10 new cases in Bacolod City, 1 in Himamaylan City
BACOLOD CITY – The Department of Health has recorded ten new coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) cases in Bacolod City and another in Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental on Sunday.
Nine of those who tested positive in Bacolod City were locally stranded individuals (LSIs) while the tenth is a returning 61 year-old male overseas Filipino worker.
The case in Himamaylan City involved a 23-year-old female LSI.
The entire Western Visayas region has 274 confirmed COVID-19 cases, so far.
