A 22-year-old man in Missuori, USA, was arrested after throwing chocolate doughnuts at the police, along with several other offenses.

Joshua Hamre was taken into custody Thursday, June 25, for allegedly driving while intoxicated, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported.

In an online arrest report, the young man was also arrested for “littering — throwing doughnuts at officer.”

Hamre was intoxicated by some kind of drug, the probable cause statement read, as per local paper St. Joseph News-Press yesterday, June 26.

“When I tried to stop the vehicle, the driver held out a bag of black chocolate doughnuts, dumping several out, hitting my patrol car,” a Missouri State Highway Patrol trooper wrote in the statement.

Hamre’s bond has been set at $2,500, according to the report. A condition for him to not consume alcohol while on bail has also been set. Ian Biong /ra
