4 drug suspects fall in Quezon stings
LUCENA CITY – Police arrested four drug suspects in Tiaong, Quezon province early Sunday and Saturday night.
Colonel Audie Madrideo, Quezon provincial police chief, said Ruel Pasia and Hobert Enriquez were collared after they sold a pack of shabu (crystal meth) to an undercover police officer in Barangay Talisay early dawn Sunday.
Confiscated from the duo were three sachets of shabu with an estimated street value of P9,000.
Earlier, police also nabbed Jerome de Torres and Jomel Bautista in another buy-bust operation in Barangay Quipot at around 8:10 p.m. Saturday.
The suspects yielded five sachets of shabu worth almost P6,000.
