MANILA, Philippines — San Juan Mayor Francis Zamora and his staff distributed the 11th tranche of food packs to his constituents as the general community quarantine (GCQ) continues to take effect.

“I understand that a lot of families are still having a hard time even if we are now under general community quarantine due to high unemployment, limited livelihood opportunities, and drained resources. I am hoping that these food packs will be able to help them out during these difficult times,” Zamora said.
