MIAA to passengers: Confirm your flights first
MANILA, Philippines — The management of Ninoy Aquino International Airport has reminded all passengers to first confirm their flights and make sure they have valid tickets and bookings before proceeding to the airport.
The Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) said only passengers with confirmed flights for the day would be allowed entry to the airport terminals.
“Our airports are small. We do not have enough space for passengers who want to rebook their flights and for chance passengers hoping to get free flights,” the MIAA said.
Some passengers went to the airport with incomplete travel documents, such as the certificate of acceptance by the local government unit.
