High court to discuss ABS-CBN petition on July 13

ABS-CBN’s urgent petition to resume broadcast operations shut down by the National Telecommunications Commission on May 5 will be tackled by the Supreme Court on July 13, Chief Justice Diosdado Peralta said, adding that the high court waited for the comments from all parties, including the Senate and the House of Representatives.
