Agnes Vila Mata, a former faculty member of the University of the Philippines College of Dentistry, died on Tuesday at the Cardinal Santos Medical Center.
She was 61.
She is survived by her husband, Jose Antonio Nestor, and son Jan Victor Nestor.

Her body lies in state at the Emerald Chapel of Loyola Memorial Park, Marikina City.
Interment is on Sunday at 3 p.m.
