6 LTO offices in Metro Manila closed to public for ‘double disinfection’
MANILA, Philippines — Six offices of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) in Metro Manila will be temporarily closed for “double disinfection” starting on Thursday.
An advisory from LTO – National Capital Region on Facebook showed that its NCR – West Regional Office, Caloocan District Office, Kalookan Licensing Extension Office, Navotas Extension Office, Driver’s License Renewal Office in Araneta Square Mall, and Manila South District Office will be temporarily closed to the public.
“Walang transaksyon sa mga nabanggit na opisina. Hintayin po ang aming anunsyo kung kailan muling magbubukas ang mga opisinang ito,” LTO-NCR also said.
(There will be no transaction in the said offices. Wait for further announcement on when the said offices will reopen.)

On Tuesday, the LTO conducted rapid testing on its employees in Metro Manila as it prepared for the opening of offices in the region on Wednesday.

LTO reopened its offices in Metro Manila, Central Luzon and Laguna with the easing of quarantine measures starting June 1.
