MORONG, Bataan – Morong Vice Mayor Chona Linao-Garcia passed away Sunday due to a lingering ilness. She was 60 years old.
Garcia is the older sister of Morong Mayor Cynthia Estanislao. The late vice mayor was the former president of the Association of Barangay Captains of Morong before she was elected unopposed as vice mayor with her sister in the last election.
