MANILA, Philippines — A magnitude 4.3 earthquake struck Dumingag, Zamboanga Del Sur Tuesday morning.
Information for the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) showed that the epicenter of the tectonic earthquake was five kilometers northeast of the town.
The earthquake, which struck at 5:43 a.m., had a depth of focus of two kilometers, according to Phivolcs.
No damage to infrastructure was reported.
Phivolcs said no aftershocks are expected.
