MANILA, Philippines — Pump prices fell further after crude oil prices last week went through another price crash. Pilipinas Shell, Seaoil, PTT, and Phoenix Petroleum cut prices of diesel by P1.80 per liter and of gasoline by 20 centavos per liter, effective 6 a.m. on April 28.

As of this writing, Brent crude oil futures were trading at $20.56 per barrel, sliding from $25.57 per barrel a week earlier.
Latest available data for Dubai crude oil futures shows a price of $28.11 per barrel as of April 17, easing from $31.22 per barrel last April 13.
