8th COVID-19 case recorded in Oriental Mindoro
CITY OF CALAPAN – A woman undergoing dialysis is Oriental Mindoro’s eighth confirmed coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) patient.
Gov. Humerlito Dolor, in a public message on Saturday evening, citing a report from the Philippine Red Cross, said the 35 year-old, female from Barangay Balite in this city, tested positive for the viral disease.
The patient said she does not recall having been exposed to COVID-19 patients.

The City Health Office is leading an in-depth contact tracing.
Meanwhile, a patient from Puerto Galera has fully recovered after a third test yielded a negative result.
