Teen shot dead in Manila

MANILA, Philippines — A 19-year-old male was shot and killed by two unidentified suspects in Manila Wednesday, according to a repoort on Radyo Inquirer 990AM.

Dead on arrriival at the Gat Andres Bonifacio Hospital was Mark Brian  Balasolla, a member of the Magic 5 fraternity and resident of San Miguel in Binondo, the report said.

Police investigation showed that the victim was talking to two friends in front of the San Miguel ice plant when he was approached by two men wearing bonnets and shot him on the head. The suspects fled after the shooting.

Police said a fraternity war could be the motive behind the killing, police said.
