MANILA, Philippines—A fire razed a resort and plantation causing an estimated P10 million worth of damages in Tiaong town, Quezon province Sunday, a police report said Monday.

Citing Tiaong Bureau of Fire Protection Fire Officer 1 Eugene Loyola, Tiaong police said that the fire that razed the Villa Escudero Resort and Plantation in Lalig village in Tiaong, Quezon started from the resort’s Garden Pavillion at around 12:50 p.m. and was put out at around 1:24 p.m.
