Did You Know: MMDA records 372 deaths in NCR road crashes in 2019
According to the latest road crash statistics report of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority, there were 372 fatalities from road collisions in the National Capital Region in 2019.
The top five types of collision with the highest number of fatalities were pedestrians getting hit (117 fatalities), self-accident (48 fatalities), side swipe (31 fatalities), rear end (31 fatalities) and hitting objects (23 fatalities).
