MANILA, Philippines — Operatives of the Philippine National Police and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency arrested four men, including two foreigners, in a buy-bust operation on Tuesday in a mall in Dasmariñas, Cavite.
Seized from them were 11 kilograms of “shabu” or crystal meth worth P70.4 million.
The foreign suspects were identified as Clement Nwachukwu and Starboi Nwachukwu; while their Filipino cohorts were named Mohammad Akil Esmail and Saimen Esmail.
PNP Drug Enforcement Group director, Brig. Gen. Romeo Caramat Jr., classified the suspects as high-value targets.
