Quezon houses health workers

/ 04:16 AM April 13, 2020

LUCENA CITY, Quezon, Philippines —At least 300 front-line health workers in Quezon province were provided temporary quarters to protect them from persons who were discriminating against those caring for persons suspected of or confirmed to be carriers of the coronavirus disease.

Gov. Danilo Suarez housed the health workers in dormitories and government facilities in the cities of Lucena and Tayabas even as he gave assurance of the “unrestricted movements of front-line workers “at all times, from their residences to their places of work.”
