Agent Levi Royeras identified the suspect as Claire Marie Amper Josol, 29, a resident of Barangay Liboron in Calape town.

Royeras said the NBI operatives launched an entrapment operation and arrested the suspect outside a mall in Tagbilaran.

He said the suspect sold an N95 facemask for P250 to an agent.

The price ceiling for N95 is P105 apiece.

The suspect will be charged for violating the Price Act and the Consumer Act of the Philippines.
