COVID-19 PH: Nueva Ecija records zero cases in past 24 hours
CABANATUAN CITY – The province of Nueva Ecija has not recorded any new confirmed cases of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in the last 24 hours, local officials said.
Fr. Arnold Abelardo, spokesperson of the province’s inter-agency task force, said COVID-19 cases in Nueva Ecija remained at 25 as of Friday morning.
“Let us continue praying [for zero virus transmission],” Abelardo said.
As of 9 a.m. on Friday, the province had one fatality due to the disease. Nine deaths were also recorded involving cases of patients under investigation or PUI.
