2 villages in Legazpi City on lockdown as Bicol registers 3 COVID-19 cases

LEGAZPI CITY – Two villages in this city were placed under total lockdown on Friday night after the Department of Health (DOH) confirmed the three coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) cases in Bicol region.

Mayor Noel Rosal said they would not allow the entry and exit of people in Barangays (villages) 13 and 14. Rosal has ordered the disinfection of said areas.

The DOH Bicol earlier confirmed that COVID-19 positive cases were a patient branded as PH763, a 48-year-old woman who was confined at the Bicol Medical Center in Naga City and male patients branded as PH765, a 50-year-old and PH766, a 53-years-old, both admitted in Bicol Regional Training and Teaching Hospital (BRTTH) in Legazpi City.
