Comelec commissioner Guanzon listed as PUI
BACOLOD – Commissioner Rowena Guanzon of the Commission on Elections (Comelec) has been classified as person under investigation after she came in contact with an official who was COVID-19 positive and had exhibited symptoms of the disease.
She, however, declined to name the official whom she met in Manila on March 9.
“So far I am okay. No fever. No body malaise but I get tired easily. I am coughing and I have a stuffy nose in the morning,” she said.
But Guanzon said she had a high risk of infection since aside from being 62 years old, she was asthmatic and hypertensive.
She said she arrived in Bacolod on March 14 after staying two days in Cebu.

She was staying in the house of her brother and his wife, who are both physicians. She would be under quarantine for 14 days or until April 9.
