5 nabbed in Naga City drug bust
LEGAZPI CITY, Philippines — Three brothers and two other suspected drug users were arrested in an anti-illegal drug operation in Naga City on Wednesday afternoon, police said Thursday.
Colonel Felix Servita Jr., director of Naga City police, said in a report that brothers Rogelio, 32; his brothers Roberto, 42, and Robin, 21, all surnamed De Jesus, were arrested with Jocelyn Inopia, 38 and Benny Oblinda, 33, in Barangay (village) Balatas at around 5:40 p.m.
Police said the brothers were arrested during the bust made at Rogelio’s house where the other arrested were also caught using illegal drugs.
Recovered were eight suspects were sachets containing suspected shabu (crystal meth) and assorted drug paraphernalia.
