LOS BAÑOS, Laguna –– The municipal government of Los Baños has ordered the cancelation of distribution of passes in several villages Wednesday morning amid the Luzon-wide enhanced community quarantine.

Passes distribution started this week in barangays Batong Malake, Mayondon, and Tuntungin-Putho, which would allow only one person per family to go out and buy necessities like food and medicine.

On Wednesday morning, Batong Malake residents flocked to the barangay hall to secure passes, hardly observing social distancing while doing so.

A few hours after, the municipal government halted the issuance of passes as it was already stated in the executive order that only one person could go out of the house.
