Sta. Rosa City suspends classes after local tests positive for COVID-19

LOS BAÑOS, Laguna — The city government of Santa Rosa announced Sunday morning that classes in all levels private and public are suspended indefinitely starting March 16 after a local tested positive for the coronavirus disease (COVID-19).

“All students are advised to stay home,” city mayor Arlene Arcillas said on her official Facebook page. She said that further announcement will be made.

In the Majayjay municipality, Taytay Falls, Bukal Falls, and Dalitiwan Resort are closed from March 15 to 30, according to an advisory issued by the Majayjay Tourism, Culture, Arts and Trade Office Sunday.
