LEGAZPI CITY — An alleged high value drug pusher was arrested on Saturday by anti-narcotics operatives in a drug sting at a village in Daraga town in Albay province, a police report said.
Francisco Pulutan, 51, was collared by police as he was selling suspected “shabu” (crystal meth) to an undercover agent at around 11:45 a.m. in Barangay (village) San Roque where he lives.
The suspect yielded two sachets of shabu.
