LEGAZPI CITY –– The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Bicol has announced Friday an increase of P25-daily for minimum wage earners and P1,000 per month for “kasambahay” or house helpers in the region.

Joel Gonzales, director of DOLE Bicol, said the minimum wage of P310 would become P335 for all establishments regardless of the number of workers.

“The first P10 is set to be given by the first week of April and the P15 on July 1,” he said.
