Sandiganbayan: No plea bargain for Hagedorn

The Sandiganbayan Third Division has denied anew the bid of former Puerto Princesa, Palawan Mayor Edward Hagedorn to enter into a plea bargain agreement with the prosecution.

In a seven page resolution, the antigraft court said the case of Hagedorn, who is charged with graft and perjury for allegedly making false statements in his statement of assets, liabilities and net worth, needs to be fleshed out in a trial. — Patricia Denise M. Chiu
