Former FHM model nabbed for ‘shabu’

The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) arrested on Wednesday two women, including a former FHM magazine model, in buy-bust operations at an apartment in Taytay, Rizal, and in front of a drug store in Pasay City.

Charlene Mecayer, 24, who used to model for the men’s magazine, was caught in her apartment in Taytay around 4:30 p.m. Wednesday with P68,000 worth of “shabu” (crystal meth) and ecstasy tablets valued at P4,500.

Six hours later, PDEA agents arrested Emily Dudley in front of a drug store on Edsa in Barangay Malibay, Pasay City.

According to PDEA officer in charge Gregorio Pimentel, the 60-year-old Dudley yielded some 50 grams of shabu worth around P340,000.
