Solaire Resort and Casino’s corporate social responsibility arm Bloomberry Cultural Foundation is allocating P500 million for the project, while the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation is giving it P200 million.

“Para sa akin, ayaw ko po na may mawalan ng trabaho (On my part, I don‘t want anyone to lose their job),” he said.
