2 cops wounded in Quezon ambush
MANILA, Philippines – Two police officers were wounded after they were ambushed by an undetermined number of New Peoples Army rebels in San Narciso, Quezon Friday morning.
The wounded officers were identified as PO1 Milan Ken Parco and PO1 Ken Piamonte.
In an initial police report, personnel of the San Narciso municipal police station were on patrol at around 8:30 a.m. in Brgy. San Juan, San Narciso, Quezon, when they were waylaid.
