Suspected drug pusher dead in Cavite buy-bust
SAN PEDRO CITY –– A suspected drug pusher was killed in a buy-bust operation in General Trias City in Cavite province on Wednesday, police said Thursday.
A report from the Calabarzon police said Darwin Sabado was the target of the buy-bust around 12:45 p.m. Wednesday in Barangay Manggahan.
Police said Sabado sold an undercover policeman a sachet of suspected “shabu” (crystal meth) after which he drew and fired his gun. Police retaliated and killed the suspect on the scene.
Seized was a .45 caliber gun, the police added.
