The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, Aurora and Quezon will have cloudy skies with scattered rains.

Meanwhile, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains will prevail over Metro Manila, the rest of Luzon, and the Visayas.

Mindanao will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.
