Four Chinese arrested for attempted abduction

MANILA, Philippines – Four Chinese nationals were arrested by police officers for trying to abduct an 18-year-old woman on Einstein Street in Barangay San Isidro in Makati.

According to a report from the Makati City Police Station, the woman, who was not identified, was boarding a taxi in front of her house when six individuals tried to grab and abduct her.

When officers on patrol noticed and checked the commotion, witnesses pointed to the six persons fleeing the scene.

Four of the suspects, all residing at a condominium in Pasay City, were arrested, while two others escaped.

Police identified the suspects as Zhi Lin, Shi Jun Yi, Xiaohui Sun and Chen Sujo.

Further investigation is ongoing.
