SANTA MARIA, ISABELA—Two Isabela women, who were hurt in a Dec. 29 car crash in Singapore that claimed two lives, are now out of danger, according to their families here on Tuesday.

But they urged the Department of Foreign Affairs to issue them passports so they could visit migrant workers and cousins Egnal and Demet Limbauan, both of Lingaling village, who were hit by a vehicle that crashed through the steel railings of the Lucky Plaza shopping center. —VILLAMOR VISAYA JR.
