GMA Network extols late reporter Cesar Apolinario for loyalty, dedication
MANILA, Philippines — GMA Network on Friday paid tribute to one of its veteran reporters, Cesar Apolinario Jr. for his dedication and loyalty in his profession.
“We are deeply saddened by the passing of our Kapuso, Cesar Apolinario, Jr., who peacefully joined his Creator today, December 13, 2019,” read the statement on Friday.
“A loyal Kapuso, his dedication to his craft as a news reporter, producer, and public affairs host will continue to serve as an inspiration to all,” it added.
Apolinario, 46, died on Friday morning as confirmed by his wife, Ma. Judith.
The TV network said Apolinario would be “greatly missed by his family, friends and colleagues, especially from GMA News and Public Affairs and film industry” where the spent the “best years of his life.”
GMA Network also said it “joins Apolinario’s family and loved ones for his eternal repose.”
